The landscape design strategy for Allen House seeks to establish a formal, elegant, and contemporary design language that unifies the exterior spaces. Reflecting both the prime residential location and the building’s heritage, the approach adopts a strong, simple palette with architectural forms and clean lines.
 

The main communal courtyard features seating set on decking around an existing mature tree, a small amenity lawn, and ornamental planting to the garden edges, creating a private oasis for relaxation within a busy neighbourhood.

The scope also included landscape enhancements to the private terraces on all levels, as well as a redesigned front garden to emphasise the formal building frontage, incorporating umbrella-shaped topiary specimens, structured hedging, and an awning to the main entrance.
