The principles aims of the landscape proposal include making a positive and greener contribution to the surrounding streetscapes, integrating the building with a cohesive and sustainable design approach achieving and surpassing urban greening factor, rain water management and ecological improvement targets, improving the day to day building use experience by integrating planting across all levels, and supporting and enhancing local wildlife and biodiversity ambitions of Westminster.
